THE JOB:
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing the dynamic operation of our table games, ensuring smooth gameplay and exceptional service for our guests. You'll lead a talented team, manage table accounts, and foster an environment of excellence, all while adhering to industry standards and company policies. Your dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences, while maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations, will make you an essential part of our vibrant gaming floor.

THE STARTING RATE:$31.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise dealers to ensure smooth gameplay and excellent guest service.

• Monitor guest activity and notify management if adjustments to open tables are needed.

• Evaluate and rate players fairly according to departmental guidelines.

• Maintain appropriate bankroll levels for current or expected play.

• Ensure accurate table accounting and care for gaming equipment.

• Verify document accuracy and ensure adherence to all procedures.

• Immediately report unusual activity, high-limit play, or equipment issues to the Pit or Shift Manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Experience leading a team
