Electrolux is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to lead the sales of our direct regional single family accounts within the Contract Sales division. Applicant will create and drive process that ensure solid execution of Single Family Direct customers. This role is expected to work cross functionally with sales, final-mile, order management and finance initiatives in order to improve and automate current functions allowing the channel to scale single family direct segment and improve profitability.

  • Account Management:
    Develop and manage long-term relationships with direct single family accounts. Maintain and expand existing business by understanding client needs and providing tailored Electrolux product solutions. Own the relationship with existing and potential new customers
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by creating and implementing strategic sales plans for direct single family builders. Lead initiatives to introduce Electrolux's Major Appliances product lines to new identified targets.
  • Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the single family sector, focusing large regional customers. Build and expand the Electrolux footprint within the single family segment. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating selling activities like trade shows and events to ensure maximum exposure for Electrolux.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and key account updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, final mile, order management, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Work closely with the field execution team (Builder Account Managers) to ensure processes for builders are being followed.
  • Customer on boarding and roll out:
    Provide product knowledge, training, and technical support to builders, along with attending in market roll outs for a successful onboarding of new divisions or customers.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    Lead negotiations for large contracts and ensure that all terms are aligned with business objectives. Ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably within the single family, or builder sales segments. Experience in major appliances or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving sales growth.
    • Strong understanding of single family builders, particularly by market/region.
    • Familiar with execution of SF construction processes
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Travel:
    Ability to travel nationally as needed.
