About the Role:

Responsible for providing support to assigned P&C area(s), including general HR program/policy documentation, administration, and compliance. Assists with various People & Culture ongoing tasks such as maintenance of employee records, reporting initiatives, employee onboarding, recruiting tasks off boarding, scheduling of candidate interviews, employee benefits administration, leave administration or other initiatives

What You Will Do:



  • Provides administrative support for P&C processes and projects for assigned team, improvement, job documentation, and more
  • Monitors People & Culture inbox and responds to inquiries
  • Provides recruiting support, including posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Drives the new hire onboarding process, including serving as new hire liaison for both employees and managers, triggering all onboarding systems, sending communications, supporting new hire orientation, and completing I9 verifications and background checks
  • Processes employee exits, including sending all communications, updating P&C systems, scheduling exit interviews, and analyzing exit survey data
  • Creates and sends employee change documentation, partners with Payroll Team and Business Partners to ensure timely processing, and accurately manage personnel files within HRIS
  • Completes all employment verifications and unemployment claims
  • Creates and distributes reports for assigned
  • Assists in organizing and executing inclusive company events including community service events and other team building events (virtual and in-person)
  • Remains updated on P&C Market trends and employment laws to ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
  • May include required travel including attending in person career fairs
  • Other duties as


What You Will Need:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.

Salary range: $20.71 hourly - $36.96 hourly

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
