As part of a team of more experienced staff, the Associate Network Engineer supports various sites to provide for network connectivity, including local area networks and wide area networks. Collaborates with team members on design and implementation of approved projects. Contributes to research and analysis of technology based processes. Develops documentation of connections, devices, processes and procedures. Coordinates activities related to network maintenance, installation, and changes. Works closely with other staff members to identify and implement resolutions to customer support incidents, ensuring on-going communications throughout the problem. Able to organize and prioritize tasks, assignments, and trouble tickets, with some guidance from others. Adheres to facility, department, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures. Uses time constructively and in an organized manner. Adheres to facility standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance and punctuality. Maintains confidentiality of facility employees and patient information. Key Responsibilities include:
