Global Revenue Planning & Analytics Director - Talent Data Solutions

The Global Revenue Planning & Forecasting Director for Talent Data Solutions is responsible for revenue management reporting and strategic planning for revenue opportunities. Success in the role depends on your ability to partner with global solution line and regional leaders to provide accurate financial and client data that supports business needs. This is a virtual opportunity located in the US.

What the day will look like
  • Be responsible for global revenue forecasting, planning and business analysis for Talent Data Solutions
  • Preparing and presenting the monthly forecast updates to Senior Management on the sub-solution line's position relative to budget/forecast
  • Managing the annual budgeting process, including the design of templates and the critical review of planning assumptions
  • Provide relevant and accurate financial analysis and updates on global revenue of dedicated departments
  • Partnering with regional Talent Data Solutions leaders and other teams to deliver analysis and insights to influence the business and drive financial performance
  • Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning process and controllership related activities
  • Maintaining overall day-to-day accounting of the dedicated entities (incl. month end close tasks activities)
  • Day-to-day co-operation with other global and regional stakeholders
  • Preparing analytics and materials for the leadership planning meetings and additional ad hoc revenue reporting
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Minimum of 10 years' accounting experience, with solid understanding of FP&A area
  • Previous experience partnering with commercial, financial, and operational leadership
  • Digital product knowledge and associated client experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of financial technical accounting
  • SalesForce, Workday skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • An ability to continually seek to improve
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, perform data reconciliations and present clear and concise analysis to senior executives
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to adjust working hours when required to meet tight reporting deadlines of a public company based in different time zone

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of [State/Region]. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
