Job Description

As the Senior Analyst- Revenue Growth Management, you will play a vital role in shaping thoughtful, data-driven pricing and revenue growth strategies that fuel business success while keeping the customer experience at the heart of every decision. Your insights will help guide pricing, promotions, and market positioning, ensuring our teams have the tools and knowledge to make informed, strategic choices. You will work in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure pricing and promotional strategies are both effective and aligned with broader business goals.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions.The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

What you will be doing

  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
    • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to set goals and provide data-based recommendations.
    • Compare competitor pricing and market trends, then share findings with the team.
  • Pricing & Promotions:
    • Create pricing models to boost revenue and profit.
    • Monitor and review promotional activities across different items and channels.
    • Develop promotional strategies tailored to specific customers and channels, predicting their financial impact.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards to track progress.
    • Improve reporting methods to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Use advanced statistical tools (like regression and predictive modeling) to gain deeper insights.
    • Explore new data sources and tools to enhance business strategies.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Serve as a thought leader in pricing and promotions.
    • Support business planning, category management, and channel strategy.
    • Clearly present complex data in an understandable and actionable way for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
  • 3 years in revenue growth management, Pricing, Category Management, Sales, or Finance with strong understanding of key business metrics (e.g., gross/net margin, market share, price elasticity, ROI, CAGR.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree.
  • Experience in retail environments with price elasticity and market modeling.
  • Proficiency in data preparation/transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Talend).
Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
