This position is also open to San Antonio applicants, but please note that you will be servicing both Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Schedule: Mon - Fri w/ occasional Saturdays*

(Hybrid schedule eligibility after training)

As ABC's Sales Representative - Residential Termimesh (Custom Builder Rep.), you'll proactively connect with customers, listen to their concerns about the services provided, and suggest tailored treatments or solutions. Your enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and drive to get things done will ensure you deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application
  • Must have 3 - 5 years of Sales Experience
  • Must hold or obtain an TDA applicators license.
  • Previous outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and outstanding phone etiquette is required.
  • Ability to listen and understand the client's concerns; excellent interpersonal and written skills.
  • Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, smart phone, tablet and computers.
  • Able to multi-task and still keep strong attention to details.
  • Keeping up with long schedules during the peak season; time management skills are required.
  • Builds new business relationships and develops business communications with existing clients

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Generates new leads by attending trade shows, networking events and by using other sources that will increase potential sales accounts. Meets with current clients for new sales and up-sells and responds to incoming leads in a timely fashion.

  • Spends the majority of the time outside the office and drives for a large part of the work day to meet with existing clients and prospect customers.
  • Gains specialized knowledge of Termimesh and all the other services provided by Termimesh and ABC.
  • Updates knowledge of incentives and discounts available by product and season.
  • Creates sales agreements; completes and submits all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Communicates special instructions to office personnel as needed and ensures services are scheduled as agreed.
  • Creates a relationship proactively through the builder with the homebuyer for Termimesh and ABC.
  • Consistently follows through with all proposals; provides clarification as necessary; negotiates prices; meets monthly sales quotas set by Division Manager and the company.
  • Advises clients in the context of termite construction services including but not limited to Termimesh, borate treatment, soil pretreats and any other services that may assist the client in managing their termite and wood destroying insect liability.
  • Gives advice on maintaining commercial properties with forward thinking and planning of seasonal events and or needs.
  • Uses personal protective equipment as is required or for prevention purposes.
  • Meets deadlines of route and informs staff of scheduled appointments not met.
  • Attend required department meetings and company or vendor training as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
