We have a captivating opportunity for you out of Macon, GA as a Customer Service Representative. Pay: $16 + per hour with experience Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Daily tasks: Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to work orders, shipments, and inventory while coordinating inbound and outbound appointments through the Dock Management System. Communicate between customers, brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations to manage accounts and ensure accurate invoicing. Prepare and track customer work orders, respond to special requests, and maintain inventory records. Support clerical tasks like maintaining files, answering phones, and providing coverage for team members, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience. We have tons of perks!
