Job Description

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

We're looking for a Recruiter to own our high-volume sales recruiting efforts. In this role, you'll partner with Sales Leaders and HR Business Partners to identify, engage and screen qualified candidates for open positions across our sales organization in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Experience building and maintaining relationships with employees and hiring managers alike is essential, as a high emphasis is placed on creating a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate is flexible and ready to support cross-functional hiring needs as they arise, contributing to the overall team's success.

What You'll Brew:



  • Consult with stakeholders and leaders on talent gaps and drive a consistently effective and efficient recruiting strategy
  • Demonstrate business acumen and consult on the aligned talent strategy
  • Understand market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions
  • Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Circa, Glassdoor, and other niche sites as needed to develop candidate pools that meet business needs
  • Follows the full cycle recruiting process with urgency
  • Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbal to the Business Leader(s), TA Leader(s), and HR Business Partner(s)
  • Network, source, and build a talent funnel that attracts the highest-skilled talent for Boston Beer's talent pool
  • Proactively partners with Total Rewards to effectively be the primary negotiator and closer to selected candidates
  • Execute a diversity sourcing strategy which includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies
  • Perform to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics in accordance with team goals
  • Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance
  • Occasional travel for Boston Beer Company meetings, trainings, onsite support, and job fairs


What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced and/or high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to leverage data and reporting
  • Experience in communicating and presenting information to varying levels of leadership
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Sales recruiting experience
  • Experience in an HR department within food, beverage, or other consumer branded/manufacturing business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications


Level: 7IC

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $59,500 - $106,600 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
