Job Summary The Sr. Specialist, Marketing Strategy & Operations will be responsible for supporting the project management and strategy/operations support of Growth Marketing initiatives, as well as some Product Marketing and Brand Marketing Initiatives. This role will have a specific focus on on-going management and enhancement of the centralized reputation management program, which will involve both monitoring resolution process and working with field leadership to address any unresolved issues or SLA deficiencies. This role will also be responsible for not only increasing our ratings, but also increasing the number of positive reviews. The Sr. Specialist, Marketing Strategy & Operations may also be responsible for implementing and managing the enterprise-wide referral program. This will include the project management of the transition to a new vendor, workflow designs, participating as an SME in training and working with Product and Central Ops to ensure program success. The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $70,000 to $85,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
