Food Runner Pool - Mandalay Bay

THE JOB:

As a Food Runner at the Mandalay Bay pool, you'll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service in a fast-paced, exciting sports bar. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you'll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they've left the pool.

STARTING RATE: $19.5661 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Expedite food from the kitchen to guest lounge chairs, cabanas, and tables.

• Describe food upon arrival, answering questions about the dishes.

• Work together on the line with the chef to build out orders correctly and promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness based on health code standards throughout kitchen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience as a Food Runner or Food Server, preferably in a high-volume setting.

• Ability to work outside for majority of shift in various weather conditions

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
