Case request work to perform data loads from the business, running data quality audits for our system and reviewing/fixing discrepancies, data validations for loads, updating documentation Years of Experience: 2 years' progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred) Position Overview: The ES Employee Data Team is seeking its next Data driven hard worker to fill our Employee Data Analyst role. Key Responsibilities: * Mass Data Loads: Manage mass loads into multiple HR systems using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and data loader tools to ensure accurate data transfer and integrity. * Data Validation: Conduct thorough 1:1 validations of data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy across various datasets. * Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality validations, confirming that all employees are accounted for in the employee planning system and addressing any discrepancies identified. * SOX Compliance: Ensure that all validation processes and data handling practices comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, maintaining documentation and audit trails as required. * Data Analysis: Utilize Tableau prep and excel for data manipulation, analysis, and validation processes. Write scripts to automate routine validation tasks and improve efficiency. * Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data flows and ensure comprehensive data processes. * Documentation: Document validation processes, findings, and methodologies to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. * Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance validation processes and contribute to the development of best practices in data quality assurance. Qualifications: * Experience with Workday and EIBs. * Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau Prep Builder, and advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions). * Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
