Intern, Summer 2025

WPG is looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate student who is interested in the commercial real estate/retail industry. We have Intern opportunity for our Investment team.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Assists with routine business functions
• Partner with team and multiple departments throughout the organization
• Performs other duties as required by Manager

Skills:

• Must be detail oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment and able to change tasks quickly
• Interest in commercial real estate, retail and/or strategic planning preferred
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills are a must
• Ability to manage data, research topics proficiently and think holistically

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student who will be Junior status by Summer 2024
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Ability to work is fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to get along and work peacefully with co-workers
• Punctuality
