Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is accepting resumes for a Security Operations and Training Management Support specialist. This position is located at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland. The position is a hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Required:
- At least 2 years' experience in the military operations and have knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures.
- Experience in writing and staffing military operations orders.
- Have an understanding of procedures and regulations in DoD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the tasking system for TATRC; review and analyze incoming taskers and make recommendations; submit responses and close out actions in the task management system.
- Assist with the implementation of security policies and procedures for TATRC Headquarters and maintain the organization force protection plan.
- Write and staff operations orders, standard operating procedures, and other operations documents.
- Review all incoming Operations Orders (OPORD), FRAGOS, and other types of operational documents, and prepare summaries on how they impact TATRC operations. As needed, the Contractor shall draft policy implementing the OPORDS and draft TATRC orders.
- Maintain alert roster and update quarterly for TATRC.
- Keep track of all training requirements and due dates and maintain the Defense Training Management System (DTMS) database for TATRC staff members. The Contractor shall report training metrics two times per month.
- Maintain roster of staff clearances.
- Review documents for OPSEC clearance. This requires Contractor to be trained at OPSEC Level 2.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Deliverables: Training Statistics Briefing Charts.
