Position Summary The Nursing Program Clinical Compliance Coordinator manages and implements a variety of projects for the program and oversees all clinical placement regulatory compliance. This is a multi-faceted role in a complex environment that involves the ability to prioritize workflow, manage employees, be adaptable, work in a highly trafficked office setting, make independent decisions, and work as part of a team. This position requires excellent relationship management skills and a willingness and the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to exercise a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. This is an on-campus position that offers the flexibility of some remote work opportunities, subject to supervisor approval. Salary for Announcement Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The anticipated hiring range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. This position is paid monthly and is eligible for MSU Denver benefits.
