Our success will be built on amazing colleagues, working together. Job Overview The Video Production Specialist works closely with the Post Production team, including in-house and freelance editors. This role maintains awareness of the status of all projects and helps manage and organize the video team's asset library for beauty and wellness brands. The Video Production Specialist continuously evaluates existing workflows and develops new processes to optimize efficiency and support growth. This role ensures up-to-date knowledge of all ongoing productions at all times. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Technical Proficiency - Expertise in After Effects, Premiere, and Encoder for video editing and production support. Digital Asset Management (DAM) - Strong knowledge of DAM platforms and related software. TDAM Integrations - Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools. Metadata Management - Ability to tag, categorize, and organize assets efficiently. Video Production Standards - Understanding of industry best practices, workflows, and technical requirements. Project Management - Strong organizational skills to manage assets, timelines, and deliverables. Asset Organization - Experience in ingesting, logging, tagging, organizing, and archiving digital content. Workflow Optimization - Proven ability to develop and improve media management workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities. Professional Relationship Building - Experience maintaining relationships with colleagues and external partners. Clear Communication - Strong verbal and written skills to convey creative ideas and workflow solutions. Problem-Solving - Quick decision-making and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability - Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving production needs. Process Improvement - Proactively identifies and implements workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
