Overview of the Position: This is an entry-level position in our Shot Peen department. Employees in this position will learn tasks to process aviation components specific to Shot Peening and will learn to become a proficient Shot Peen Operator. A Shot Peen Operator Trainee may perform operations in accordance with Military and OEM specifications. Must be able to read blueprints to mask and tape off specific locations per customer instructions Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
