The Impact You Will Have

As the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Coordinator, you will support the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) division in developing, managing, implementing and integrating HR program and guidelines to support the entire ecosystem of assigned business functions. This role will partner with HRBP leaders to understand and support HR initiatives and strategies, advising, coaching, and consulting on various touchpoints of the employment life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Additionally, you will assist in managing routine employee relations issues in consultation with the Employee Relations Principal. This role involves close collaboration with HRBP leadership, HR colleagues, Employee Relations (ER), Total Rewards, HR operations, organizational effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition to support organizational goals. As a liaison between the HR Center of Excellence (COEs) and the HRBP team, the HRBP associate will support multiple projects and initiatives that the HRBP division is working on in partnership with the business. An organizational development (OD) systems mindset is crucial for ensuring alignment and process improvement across all efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Center of Excellence (COEs) to establish alignment and process improvement across implementation and deployment effort of the HRBP division. Execute on developed HR strategies that are both short and long-term solutions to meet business objectives throughout the enterprise.
  • Support the HR Business Partner team with ad hoc requests such as creating presentations, developing training materials and serving as point of contact for HRBP projects.
  • Partner with HRBP leadership to support in development of hiring plans, business objectives, and advance business priorities. Provide advice on performance management, talent management, succession planning, compensation, coaching, and talent reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR Center of Excellence and the HRBP team, coaching and consulting the needs for escalating program work, project timelines and process mapping for new employment regulations, performance management practices, compensation updates and career development.
  • Manage projects and initiatives from the HRBP division in collaboration to the business, including tracking and documenting projects, developing various materials, and attending meetings to assist with requested initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
  • Organizational Development: Foster alignment and drive process improvement across all initiatives by maintaining an OD systems perspective.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • 1+ years related experience required. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites - Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle a high level of confidential company and personal information.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • HR Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR).
  • Insurance or healthcare experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $26.57 - $33.21 - $39.85 Hourly

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
