DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Custodial Worker 1, you will engage in a variety of general maintenance duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, waxing and buffing floors, restroom upkeep, and cleaning windows and walls. You will also be responsible for tending to weather related tasks including shoveling snow and ensuring walkways are safe from ice and debris. This position involves utilizing cleaning tools and equipment, gathering and disposing of waste products, and moving furniture and various equipment. It is essential to ensure that the supervisor is informed of any necessary repairs.

- Part-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Occasional Saturday work may be required.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
