Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Relationship Manager for Note Finance is responsible for cultivating and managing high-value client relationships by understanding their financial needs, providing tailored lending solutions through Note Finance's platform, and driving significant business growth within a portfolio of large and complex borrowers, while ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding revenue targets through strategic relationship building and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:




  • Actively source and develop new relationships with potential high-net-worth clients, focusing on identifying businesses with significant borrowing needs that align with Note Finance's lending criteria.
  • Establish strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business operations, financial goals, and challenges to provide customized lending solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and due diligence to evaluate loan eligibility and risk profile.
  • Actively monitor existing loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and proactively addressing any issues to maintain loan quality and minimize credit losses.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Note Finance products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue generation within the portfolio.
  • Proactively address client concerns, provide ongoing support, and ensure a positive client experience to maintain high retention rates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adapt lending strategies accordingly.



Job Skills and Qualifications:




  • Proven track record of success in managing large and complex client relationships within the commercial lending space, ideally with experience in alternative financing or online lending platforms.
  • Deep understanding of credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present loan proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, evaluate loan application, and structure appropriate lending solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of C&I/Real Estate/Note Finance experience highly preferred.
