What You Can Expect

As our Project Coordinator Analyst, at you will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager and Project Manager in coordinating all activities related to the Capital Projects' program from the idea stage to project completion.

You will work with the Capital Projects team based at Georgetown University and report to the Program Manager.

What You'll Bring



  • You bring a minimum Bachelor of Science degree in a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management
  • You will be responsible for running project coordination meetings between university stakeholders, ENGIE project personnel, and Contractor personnel
  • You will be responsible for managing meeting minutes and action item completion weekly
  • You will be responsible for scheduling design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program
  • You must support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks
  • You will maintain and revise the process and reporting templates for all project phases
  • You will be responsible for documenting project files, detailed design bid packages, as well as Requests For Information (RFI) and submittals during construction
  • You will coordinate daily activities between ENGIE, Contractors, and the University related to badge/key access and audit/design visits for the Capital Project program
  • You must assist the program manager with the close-out documentation
  • You must assist the plant outage planning and permit applications
  • You will lead small projects on an ad hoc basis
  • You will be responsible for administrating Procore documentations/RFIs
  • You will engage with all stakeholders at Georgetown University to maintain excellent relationships
  • You will carry out other duties as assigned



Additional Details



  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • This position consists of 5% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a very high level of document organization
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure established objectives are met
  • Knowledge of the Facilities Operations and Utility Plant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
  • Ability to meet the highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer



Compensation

Hourly: $ 31.90 to $53.19 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
