The Position

As a People & Organization Growth (P&OG) Consultant at Roche, you'll play a key role in shaping and enabling large-scale, complex change initiatives across diverse global teams. Partnering with senior leaders and People & Culture teams, you'll design and implement impactful interventions that align with Roche's 10-Year Ambitions. From organization design to culture shaping and leadership effectiveness, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful, business-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities

The expected salary range for this position base on the primary location of South San Francisco is $161,400 - $299,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
