Make a difference at Dynamic Ratings, Inc. and join our expanding Field Service Team! We have an opening for a Field Service Coordinator at our Corporate office in Sussex, WI. You will help streamline our processes and workflow as we work together to help ensure the reliability of power for our customers. As the Field Service Coordinator, you will support the Team by handling a variety of critical responsibilities, including; Create work orders with accurate descriptions and related data entry Assist with Service Team scheduling and organize travel when needed. Verify site contact and site readiness for Service Team. Track backordered parts and schedule return site visits once the parts have been shipped. Communicate with our Service Team for status updates on service work and jobs. Set up new vendor accounts. Monitor and maintain Service Team Outlook E-Mail Inbox and Calendar. Complete various administrative tasks related to document control, recordkeeping, expense reporting, and other Service Team support. This role involves a high level of coordination of activities, communications with multiple teams, and detailed administrative challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have: 3 - 5 years' experience in an administrative or similar role. Strong computer skills, including superior data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Exceptional organizational and data management skills.
