Benefits
Job Description	Provides administrative and clerical to the coordinator and operations of a unit and performs other duties as assigned. Assists students, and provides customer service for in-person visitors and by-phone.
Required Education	High school diploma or GED
Required Experience	Minimum of one year of administrative support experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities	Thorough knowledge of general administrative and office practices and procedures Computer proficiency in a Windows-based PC environment. Excellent organizational. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of relevant computer software applications. Ability to maintain current and accurate files as assigned, hard copy and electronic. Ability to work and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors at all levels. Ability to work with, within, and promote a diverse workforce and environment. Ability to coordinate the activities of several ongoing projects. Ability to understand and act on oral and written instructions in English. Ability to maintain customer service and satisfaction as it relates to assigned unit or area of expertise. Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately
Preferred Qualifications	Associate's Degree
General Weekly Work Schedule	20 hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm May-August (based on need)
