What we need... We're looking for an Operations Associate in our Avon, CT office. This person will be responsible for reconciling all cash letters (incoming/outgoing), and preparation of adjustments within the defined SLAs. Acting as liaison between Financial Institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank/Correspondent Institution, this person will utilize multitasking and problem solving skills to ensure accurate financial records. This is a 2nd shift role, and the schedule is 2-10:30PM Monday-Friday. Employees work a hybrid schedule and must be in the Avon, CT office 3 days per week. Employees will also work one Sunday morning shift every 6 weeks. What's in it for you... Salary range for this role is $45,000 - 54,560 annually Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
