RAPP Chicago is looking for an Account Director to join our award-winning Account Leadership team.

YOUR ROLE: The Account Director is proficient in coordination and leadership, demonstrating high potential in core business leadership skills. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. You will partner with and own the relationships with client stakeholders, serving as an advisor and partner at senior managerial and marketing/category directorial levels. You are an agency driver who works to keep the agency operations moving along, motivated by driving excellent results consistently. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting presentations for executives, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and impactful. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Partnering

REQUIRED SKILLS

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
