The Impact You Will Have Are you ready to jumpstart your data career? We are looking for a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our growing team at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining application and corporate-data models. You'll work closely with development teams to capture and define data requirements, ensuring everything aligns perfectly. Additionally, you'll support Data Analysts in their data analysis and modeling tasks, and play a key role in assuring the quality of corporate-data metadata. This position is a hybrid role, and will require commuting to our office in Eagan, MN 2x per week. A Day in the Life: Performs data analysis using standards and methodologies, recommending improvements where applicable. Utilizes reusable objects when creating data models. Assists in the integration of application models into the enterprise model. Assists in the assurance of quality of corporate-data metadata. Improves and increases technical knowledge through training, education and continued experience. Gain mentorship from Data Analysts. Nice to Have: Has clear, concise speaking and writing skills. At least 1 year of related working experience. Proven track history of learning and suggesting process improvements Required Skills and Experiences: 2+ years' related experience or Bachelor's degree. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. Familiarity with data analysis concepts and data modeling tools. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $77,600.00 - $95,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
