We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to join our Immunology Patient Value Unit (IPVU) in Atlanta, GA.
This position is based in our Atlanta, GA headquarters. Applicants must reside (or be willing to relocate) to this area.

About the role
As Strategic Marketing Lead, you will drive strategic planning and execution for the US Immunology team. This includes long-range forecasting, brand and financial planning, and leading enterprise initiatives. You'll serve as the key liaison across local, regional, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of strategy and execution.

What you'll do:

As the Strategic Marketing Lead in the US Immunology Patient Value Unit (iPVU), you will:
* Lead business planning processes (forecasting, brand, tactical planning)
* Represent US Immunology in global planning and enterprise initiatives
* Develop strategic presentations and executive communications
* Drive cross-functional collaboration and portfolio strategy
* Assess competitive landscape and inform short- and long-term planning
* Champion performance metrics and investment decision-making
* Strengthen team integration across Stakeholder Experience & Value

Who you'll work with:
* Senior leadership across Medical, Marketing, Sales, Patient Services, Ecosystem, Compliance, and Insight-to-Impact teams
* Global and regional planning counterparts

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or consulting.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or strategic commercial roles.

Preferred qualifications:
* Master's degree.
* Strong understanding of data and US business operations.
* Proven experience in writing and presenting strategic business plans, with the ability to synthesize multiple elements into concise documents.
* Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal partners in marketing, sales, market research, analytics, forecasting, data governance, MAP, medical, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to "connect the dots" in a complex and matrix environment, understanding decision-making processes and coordinating with decision-makers and indirect influencers.
* Proven success in executing intra-organizational and interdependent initiatives across executive-level leadership teams.

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $148,000 to $194,300k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
