About the role:

The FARAVIEW Senior Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of downstream commercialization strategies for the FARAVIEW software module and associated FARAWAVE NAV Pulsed Field Ablation Catheter. This person will work closely with the Cardiology Marketing and Digital Experience (CMDE) team to optimize the effectiveness of the product messaging, social media, and digital strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Leverage core marketing strategies to drive business objectives, including market analysis, segmentation and persona building, customer targeting, product positioning, and message creation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, including developing marketing materials, training sales teams, and coordinating with national / regional stakeholders.
  • Spend time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, as well as build relationships with key physicians.
  • Working with cross-divisional stakeholders to optimize messaging to clearly convey product value in a way that speaks to the target customer
  • Understand the evolving market and customer preferences to assess and improve relevance of ongoing commercialization strategies
  • Lead workshops and experience-sharing sessions on data collection, analysis, segmentation, and customer insights application.
  • Champion innovative approaches to gathering and leveraging customer data to capture market share and improve customer experiences.



What we're looking for in you:

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical fields
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry
  • Downstream medical device marketing experience
  • Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% in support of tradeshows, internal meetings and customer programs, as required.
  • Proven track record of Physician and KOL engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Single use device product launch experience



Preferred qualifications:



  • Medical device experience in cardiology / electrophysiology
  • Outstanding customer service skills, both internal and external to the organization
  • Capital equipment product launch experience

Maximum Salary: $197000

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
