Department Summary Facilities Management has a mission to make the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth a place where the facilities and grounds are aesthetically pleasing, clean, well maintained and energy efficient. Facilities Management provides responsive, friendly, and efficient customer support to appropriately support the institutional mission. HSC Sustainability, a student funded initiative within Facilities Management, supports HSC's mission of creating solutions for a healthier community by advancing sustainable practices on campus through educational outreach, programs and initiatives, and our own campus operations. The HSC Community Garden was founded by HSC Sustainability in 2014 and continues to be managed through Facilities Management. Position Overview We are seeking an hourly, part-time Community Garden Administrative Associate to help in assisting with the maintenance of the HSC Community Garden. The HSC Community Garden was founded in 2014 and includes 35 plots, compost bins, a tool shed, common growing areas, and fruit trees. The plots are tended by community members, staff, and students, and the garden collaborates with community partners and on-campus organizations. Minimum Qualifications
