Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor role will oversee the day-to-day team and operational functions of the Reentry Program (Pre and Post release carceral program). A primary focus is to maintain high standards in program performance to ensure outcome requirements are met successfully. Potential onsite carceral visits and potential community field-based visits up to 50% of role, otherwise remote.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee daily team activities.
  • Performs all supervisory People Leader responsibilities, including mentorship, performance management, training, and 1:1's.
  • Ensure overall consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy of the Reentry program.
  • Oversee program to ensure coordination efficiencies, deliverables, and outcomes meet contract standards.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, community partners, providers, and members.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight to manage program outcomes.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Participate as a team member fostering collaborative decision-making among leadership, committees, teams, or work groups of diverse composition both internally and externally.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules."
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 + years in a lead, supervisory or managerial role demonstrating a capacity for leadership and team management.
  • Carceral experience in a capacity providing behavioral health services, health care, social services, peer support, or other relevant experience
  • Familiarity with a multidisciplinary team approach
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and the Oregon Health Plan.
  • If clinical background, must have appropriate Oregon licensure, i.e., Oregon certified Community Health Worker (CHW), Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW Or QMHP),
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products
  • Knowledge or Experience Care Coordination, Case Management, or Case Work
  • Must be able to pass background checks, and drug tests for onsite visits.
  • Must have ability to drive within the state of Oregon
  • Must reside in Oregon: (Examples; Medford, OR, Bend, OR, Eugene, OR, Portland, OR, Hood River, OR, Hermiston, OR, Ontario, OR, Salem, OR, Burns, OR) or a bordering geography (Examples: Longview, WA, Richland, WA, Vancouver, WA, Boise, ID, Nampa, ID, Payette, ID, Caldwell, ID, Pasco, WA, Kennewick, WA, Goldendale, WA)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
