Secret Regular RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Conducts platform or hands on instruction, scenario-based training. Ensure students demonstrate understanding of subject matter through hands-on or written evaluations. Trains unit leaders to perform a risk assessment in accordance with current Risk Management Doctrine Guides the conduction and documentation of AARs. Stages equipment, set up classrooms, and maintenance bays, prior to the arrival of the students Valiant Integrated Services is an employer who hires in accordance with applicable state and federal law. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: Platform instruction and course development Training: Training Development and Maintenance Certifications: Army Basic Instructors Course EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 3-5 year's experience in the maintenance field ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
