The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Critical Response Center Manager, where you will have a meaningful role in our ambitious journey to deliver world-class digital experiences. What you'll Do
  • Lead and mentor the Critical Response Center team, promoting a strictly high-performance environment.
  • Coordinate identification, management, and resolution of critical incidents to ensure minimal service disruption.
  • Develop, implement, and refine critical response processes, policies, and procedures to maintain operational continuity.
  • Serve as the main contact for critical issues, coordinating with internal and external collaborators for event and incident management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of staff interactions during incidents, providing mentorship and feedback to promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes and successfully implement standard methodologies for incident management.
What you need to succeed
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing critical response teams, demonstrating outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to determine and implement effective incident management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments.
  • A proactive and optimistic approach to challenges, with a dedication to continuous improvement and excellence.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,400 -- $208,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
