Your Role on the Team The School of Physical Sciences at UC Irvine is seeking to hire a Facilities Coordinator who works with the Director of Facilities to oversee daily facilities projects and building organization for seven administrative and laboratory research buildings. Uses professional skills to implement and coordinate building management procedures and administrative operational facility needs. Various facilities related operations include assisting with planning and coordination for moves and minor building infrastructure upgrades, conducting job walks, work order requests, scheduling, coordinating and tracking maintenance and work order requests, and working with external contractors and vendors. Assists with PS Stores and PS Copy Center operations as needed and liaise with the Physical Sciences Safety Coordinator in a variety of projects.
