BASIC PURPOSE: Is responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and all administrative functions supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners. Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition Team to provide quality staffing. Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to perform recruitment functions. Coordinates the on-boarding of new caregivers. The TAP has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administration (80%) 1. Supports efforts of TAP's 2. Administrative duties related to ATS processing Screening (10%)
Meetings/Operations (10%) 1. Attends/participates in dept staff meetings 2. Attends/participates in divisional meetings Develops solutions to problems of limited scope. Follows pre-determined protocols and procedures. Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities: 1. Complies with established departmental policies, procedures and objectives. 2. Attends variety of meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed. 3. Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement in daily operations. 4. Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements. 5. Respects diverse views and approaches, and contributes in maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors. 6. Maintains, regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. 7. Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed. All responsibilities are essential job functions. QUALIFICATIONS: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. High school diploma Preferred: 1. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred Experience/Skills: Required: 1. 1-2 years HR or professional recruiting experience 2. Strong communication skills to negotiate, influence and close candidates on career opportunities 3. Working knowledge of MS office and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.) 4. Strong organizational and planning skills 5. Relationship builder Preferred: 1.
