The Job at a Glance The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (internally known as Captain Crunch... the Numbers) will be responsible for working with business unit leaders on strategic initiatives, analyzing and reporting on financial results, partnering with Analytics to support the commercial and operations teams, and supporting various accounting and business process improvements and innovations. As the leader of the FP&A team, the senior director will play a key role in Parts Town's annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. The senior director will lead the team's ad-hoc financial modeling and financial performance analysis. Partnering with senior leadership to align with and deliver reporting and analyses on key metrics will be an essential part of the role. The senior director will be responsible for growing and developing the FP&A team. You will use your experience to identify and implement process improvements to reduce the time needed to report monthly financial results and ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the business. The salary range for this role is $158,270.00- $234,416.00 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
