At Maersk Customs Service, we are dedicated to ensuring smooth and compliant customs clearance processes for our international shipments. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us navigate the complexities of global trade.
As a Customs Process Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will coordinate and organize a range of customs services operations - no two days are the same, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and shape the role to fit your strengths! Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will work closely with our internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimise customs processes and handle post-clearance audits and compliance reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Polish and English will be essential in managing high-volume transactions and providing excellent service to our clients.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with proven experience within logistics or a customs-related role. Knowledge of EU or global customs regulations, along with experience using any clearance or logistics software and electronic systems will help you excel in the role. If you have a certification in customs compliance or brokerage, that's a plus, but not mandatory.
