Who is Blaze:

Blaze Credit Union is currently hiring a Float Teller at the Woodbury West location but may float to other branches including Eagan, Stillwater, and St Paul. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where associates can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
• Provide members with excellent service through face to face interactions on a daily basis

The starting salary range for this position is: $20.00 -$23.00. This range reflects the base starting salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
