Maintenance Manager

• Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose, modify, lubricate, and operate equipment, including industrial control systems.
• Perform facilities and building maintenance as needed.
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Document repairs, complete required paperwork, and track parts and material usage.
• Follow plant safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE requirements.
• Install, retrofit, and upgrade equipment while sourcing and maintaining inventory to minimize downtime.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 7 years of maintenance experience in aviation, automotive, HVAC, factory, or facility maintenance.
• Preferred: Technical certification or associate degree in an industrial field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
