The Craft Personnel Manager responsibilities include the overall management and supervision of the personnel department, partnering with Operations to ensure the timely placement, movement, developmentand retention of all craft personnel on project sites. Responsibilities will include the establishment and constant improvement of process and proceduresassociated with the procurement and placement of both Union and Non-Union craft labor (Craft WorkforcePlanning), and the enhancement of communications between Craft Employees, Front Line Supervisors,and Senior Management. The Craft Personnel Manager provides guidance to field management on all craftlabor matters and operational support to management team in the areas of craft labor related policydevelopment, implementation, interpretation, performance management, recruitment, compensation, andtraining and development programs.
