Corporate Brand Marketing Intern

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Corporate Brand Marketing intern. In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to assist with trade show management and campaign planning/ execution for Tyler's government associations.

You will get exposure to a wide variety of Tyler products and visibility into how Tyler clients use our solutions to drive stronger community outcomes. This internship will offer valuable skills and a deeper understanding of tradeshows, relationship management, digital marketing, email, and social media, while at the same time inspiring you to contribute fresh ideas to Tyler's corporate marketing strategy.

As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day interactions between Tyler and our government association partners
  • Partner with clients and internal subject matter experts to curate presentations
  • Assist with virtual and in-person event logistics and communications
  • Write compelling content for email campaigns and social media
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data from marketing programs and campaigns
  • Assist with collecting, consolidating, and sharing pre- and post-show feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with association partners, Tyler clients, Tyler staff, and third-party vendors
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Basic understanding of events industry and digital marketing concepts
  • Detail-oriented: Able to think through the notes, documents, and communications needed to build a historical record and drive future decision-making
  • Strong collaborator: Work with a team of individuals in remote locations and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of shipping process, inventory management, project management, office administration, or similar work preferred
