Staffmark
is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Baldwin Park, CA. This direct-hire role will lead and manage the sales team, ensuring the implementation of strategies, policies, and initiatives that drive business growth. As Sales Manager, you will set both short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluate the success of current sales programs, and recommend product or service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales potential.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Shift: First Shift, Monday - Friday

You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, relying on your deep knowledge of sales practices and your leadership abilities to inspire and guide the sales team.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement annual sales quotas, forecasts, and goals for various regions and territories.
  • Create and execute field sales action plans to drive sales programs and initiatives.
  • Manage and evaluate sales performance, ensuring product volume, pricing, and mix align with market demands.
  • Coach and develop sales staff, ensuring they meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies and new initiatives to capture key demographics.
  • Collaborate with the executive management team, providing daily reports on field sales and overall success.
  • Work closely with the sales team, offering support and guidance as they close new deals and generate leads.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies.



Requirements:



  • 2-4 years of Sales Management experience, including direct supervision of 2-4 team members.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems.
  • Trade show experience (2-4 years) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop sales plans, build relationships, and manage processes.
  • Experience in coaching and motivating sales teams.
  • Strong market knowledge and budget development experience.



Company Benefits:
