We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for production planning, order tracking, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. The Demand Planner will work closely with customer service, production, and logistics to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demands, and expedite orders when necessary. Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment. Key Job Responsibilities: * Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to align with customer demand and inventory goals. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize capacity and minimize disruptions. * Order Tracking: Monitor order status from placement to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment. Identify and resolve delays to maintain customer satisfaction. * Communication with Customer Service: Act as a liaison between production and customer service teams, providing updates on order status, potential delays, and resolution plans. * Expediting: Proactively manage urgent orders by working with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to prioritize and accelerate delivery when required. * Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate stock levels by balancing supply with demand, minimizing excess inventory while preventing stockouts. * Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency in demand planning, order management, and communication workflows. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). * 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain operations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning tools. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
