Materials Associate III
The Materials Associate III will perform materials and logistics-related functions to support the manufacturing and distribution of hearing aids, FM systems, and accessories. This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of materials within the supply chain and contributing to quality improvement processes.
Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Inventory:
- Perform expediting, kitting, and logistics functions per inventory procedures.
- Inspect products, escalate defects, and ensure safety compliance.
- Audit inventory, track materials, and maintain records.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Drive quality initiatives and process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adapt to business needs.
- Train others and enhance efficiency through problem-solving.
More about you:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or receiving.
- Prior experience in a Materials Associate II role preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management concepts.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing assignments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and experience using small hand tools and light bench equipment.
- Ability to read small font, follow instructions, and perform repetitive hand motions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day.
- Lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive motions using both hands.

This role's pay range is $23.00 per hour.
