AsSecurity Architect, you'll design, implement, and manage security and zero-trust capabilities within Kubernetes container environments in the cloud, on-premises, and at the edge.

What you'll do:



  • You will collaborate within an Agile team to implement and enhance security capabilities and features of an enterprise Kubernetes platform.
  • You will provide hands-on architecture, design, and development to implement, integrate, configure, and customize security tools, libraries, and frameworks.
  • You will engage with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • You will stay current on evolving cybersecurity technologies and compliance standards.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Security Architect or similar role, with a strong emphasis on security capabilities within containerized environments involving Kubernetes, OpenShift, or EKS.
  • Extensive experience building and leading cybersecurity solutions at scale across multiple classification domains (IL5 to IL6+) simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and related technologies.
  • Strong experience with container architecture and tools such as service meshes, container registries, and container scanning.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to challenging technical problems.
  • Current certifications to meet 8140/8570 standards (e.g. Security+ or above)
