ResponsibilitiesNegotiation: Define and negotiate complex commercial terms, leading the strategy for the negotiation approach by engaging with stakeholders. Deal Making: Lead internal and external sales and management teams through commercial construct and deal value proposition, optimizing for the right level of investment and customization. Collaboration: Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, partners, Account Team, and Specialist Teams to help customers deliver their business goals and achieve Microsoft revenue targets. Key Outcomes / Measures of Success: Positively impact the customer's commercial strategy.Achieve or exceed quota and consumption targets.Develop and renew the right commercial construct on time.Add new customers across three clouds.Ensure compliant deal making.Develop long-term, trust-based stakeholder relationships.Skills: Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to prepare compelling negotiation proposals.Ability to articulate value propositions and address customer concerns effectively.Experience in developing industry knowledge and leveraging competitive analysis to craft commercial solutions.Commitment to corporate governance and compliance, staying up to date on compliance issues and sharing knowledge with others. | |
