Worldpay are looking for a DB2 System Programmer to work with the Mainframe Infrastructure team to provide technical support, testing and implementation of change to live IBM Mainframe systems online and batch.

What you'll own

* Experienced in the installation, maintenance and upgrade of the IBM DB2 product and of DB2 related products (DB2 CA, DB2 connect, Data Studio,etc).
* Deep IT security awareness
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Excellent understanding of Mainframe operating system tools: - TSO, JCL, REXX,SQL etc.
* Good understanding of the following: - CICS, MQ, Automation
* Previous experience in a Assembler and COBOL programming language
* Good understanding of IT operating systems and hardware
* Able to work under pressure
* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

* Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

* Ability to understand and apply technical concepts

* Ability to solve problems using learned techniques and tools

* Basic understanding of installation methodologies and toolsets as well as networking concepts and protocols

* Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

* Flexibility, versatility, dependability
