Description

Here is what we do to help. Integrate Control Systems, Build Out Network Architectures, Automate Processes, Calibrate and Commission Instrumentation for Water/Wastewater Facilities and Power Systems that run Plants, Pump Stations, Tunnels, Bridges and Municipal Facilities.

Tesco Controls' core business is designing and building process control systems and power solutions for municipalities and industrial clients to keep critical infrastructure operating efficiently.

Job Summary:

In this role, we're looking for an experienced, future leader within our Project Management team. This will involve full scope project management responsibilities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding or quickly gaining comprehension in Systems Integration projects will be a key to success.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain project schedules to accurately estimate labor utilization and project timing
  • Coordinate with other project team members, identify the scope of work, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with the customers, consultants and end users
  • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback, correct problems and address customer issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal departments, subcontractors and customers

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree in Construction Management or PMP certification.
  • At least 5 years Water/Wastewater and I&C experience
  • Manage multiple projects at one time.

Demonstrated Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbal
  • Act as a responsible company representative.
  • Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities.

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person's qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future. In addition, Tesco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vacation, holidays, and 100% 401K match of your contributions up to 4% of your earnings.
