Lot Coordinator

Truck Country is seeking a Lot Coordinator to join our Oak Creek, WI dealership. This position plays a crucial role in managing truck inventory, coordinating vehicle movement, and maintaining organization within the service lot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in all new and used trucks upon arrival.
• Wash and inspect all new trucks within 48 hours, documenting any damage.
• Ensure trucks are cleaned inside and out within 48 hours of service completion.
• Organize and move trucks on the lot as needed.
• Assist transporter companies, branches, and customers with truck pickups and deliveries.
• Remove snow from walkways and apply salt as needed.
• Support other service-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
