As a Manager, Global Deployment and Business Operations supporting Digital Health Team, you will be focusing on supporting the successful testing of releases for live markets and testing needs for new market deployments as well as collaboration across lighthouses for best practice and alignment with eCompliance for GxP testing requirements. This person will work alongside the ACE deployment leads, product owners, and global business stakeholders both internally and externally, helping to maintain the high standards of quality within our products.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Provide support as the subject matter expert for our testing tools and methodology.
• Partner with product team during quality build testing to ensure customer needs/expectations are being met and get ahead of any design interpretation issues.
• Assist in updating impacted test scripts or creating new test scripts as needed based on quality test reviews and product demo sessions from the product owners.
• Setting up the release test cycles in partnership with product owners, ready for execution.
• Plan and coordinate the release testing activities, tracking defects/remediations and ensuring complete testing of the product before production release.
• Setting up the market test cycle in partnership with the market deployment leads for new market deployments.
• Create and maintain in-depth knowledge articles in support of digital foundational services testing and to ensure business continuity of the testing processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration between teams to ensure business stakeholders needs are understood and addressed accordingly through the testing processes.
• Support the execution of operational project plans; including but not limited to Business Readiness, Hypercare and Stabilization.
• Ensure Technical infrastructure is in place including coordination of systems and clients,local systems for interfaces, etc.
• Train Testers on Test execution principals and tool handling
• Create and publish test reports as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
